Description

Employee engagement is a multi-billion dollar problem for many organizations in North America, with incurred costs from turnover of top talent, reduced productivity and absenteeism. The question that begs to be answered is: “Can this systemic issue be effectively dealt with in light of the quickening pace of the move to virtual?” A timely question, particularly since many organizations have been plunged into these unknown waters much sooner than anticipated as a result of COVID-19.

How can organizations increase engagement in this new virtual realm? Does this new normal actually lend itself to improved engagement?

This highly immersive and participatory session will begin by looking at the science behind engagement and a brief history of motivation. We will then identify key elements necessary to address this systemic challenge including; who is ultimately responsible for employee engagement across the organization, who really stands to benefit and how can it best be embraced at all levels (from the C-suite to the individual team member). Participants at all levels of the organization will gain new insights and receive practical tools that can be implemented immediately.

Life is too short to dread Mondays!
